This five month leadership accelerator takes place April 2020 – August 2020. Participants will polish their skills in negotiation, managing teams, facilitation, networking, leveraging partnerships, personal growth, and inclusive business practices through virtual seminars, executive coaching, and collaborative sessions.

Coro Pittsburgh hosts Women In Leadership (WIL) program every year to give the opportunity for engaged and committed professional women within the Pittsburgh region to collaborate, network, and train together to expand their reach and impact. The WIL curriculum is designed to help participants more successfully navigate and manage leadership challenges at three levels: self, communities, and systems.
