The Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs and Public Allies Pittsburgh are our full-time leadership development programs. Fellows and Public Allies are diverse, talented individuals who have a common interest in developing their leadership, civic engagement, and building community connections to create positive change. These individuals want to make change from the top down and the bottom up.
Nominate Someone for a Program
In order to truly advance inclusive, impactful, and connected leadership, it is imperative that our recruitment efforts include reaching out to our network and beyond in hopes of reaching people that we could not otherwise engage. If you know someone that might be a good fit for one of our programs, please let us know!
Share Your Expertise
Every Coro program includes Leadership Development Workshops, facilitated by Coro staff, and civic strategy sessions and skill-based workshops, delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). In these sessions, participants use group process tools to understand and help to solve public problems and acquire technical skills such as grant-writing and personal branding. Participants learn through interviews, focus weeks, leadership breakfasts, panel discussions, group dialogues, workshops, and lectures.
